This Court has issued rule in the year 1993,<br \/>\nhowever, it could not be served on the other side. Lastly, when this<br \/>\nmatter was placed before the Court on 18.02.2009, fresh rule was<br \/>\nissued making it returnable today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicant-Corporation has filed affidavit and stated that they are<br \/>\nnot in a position to serve the respondent and, hence, this<br \/>\napplication may accordingly be disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, Civil Application No.3767\/1991 stands disposed of<br \/>\naccordingly.
