Soni Devi, Wife of Mukesh Singh.\n                    All are resident of village-Pokharpur, P.S.-Giriak in the district of\n                    Nalanda.                                    ...........Petitioners.\n\n                                           Versus\n                    The State of Bihar                           ..........Opp. Party.\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   04.11.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                       appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioners have prayed for bail in a case registered for the<\/p>\n<p>                       offence under Sections 341, 342, 447, 323, 324, 307, 304, 379\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 7.9.2011<\/p>\n<p>                       and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are in custody since 12.9.2011. No case under<\/p>\n<p>                       Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out in view of the fact that<\/p>\n<p>                       the doctor found superficial burn injury on non-vital part of the body of<\/p>\n<p>                       the informant and the nature of which has been described as simple by<\/p>\n<p>                       the doctor who examined the informant as would appear from the injury<\/p>\n<p>                       report as contained in Annexure-2 to this petition.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>                       Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                       each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda<\/p>\n<p>                       at Biharsharif in connection with Giriak P.S.
