APP (DB) No.37 of 2011\n                           SURESH SINGH\n                                Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   17.01.2011          Admit the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                          Call for the lower court records.<\/p>\n<p>                          Appellant    Suresh     Singh    has   been<\/p>\n<p>                   convicted under Sections 302\/149 &amp; 148 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Counsel for the appellant submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   two persons are alleged to have been killed by<\/p>\n<p>                   the accused persons. Specific allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                   firing is against Basuki Singh and Pintu Singh<\/p>\n<p>                   as well as Sachidanand Singh, Kameshwar<\/p>\n<p>                   Singh, Ravi Kant Singh, Chhapendra Singh and<\/p>\n<p>                   Subhash    Singh.   So   far   this    appellant   is<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned, no specific overt act has been<\/p>\n<p>                   alleged against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering these facts, prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                   on behalf of appellant Suresh Singh is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                   During the pendency of this appeal, he is<\/p>\n<p>                   directed to be released on bail on furnishing<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>       two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>       satisfaction of Sessions Judge, F.T.C.
