Resolution dated 11.6.68 and 5-8.68;\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tPending<br \/>\nhearing and final disposal of this petition, execuiton and operation<br \/>\nof the orders at Annexure-A, A1-B.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWhile<br \/>\nissuing the notice, this Court passed the following order on 7th May<br \/>\n1986:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The<br \/>\npetitioner agrees to deposit the amount of 75% of the value of the<br \/>\nland with the government and thereafter to seek regularisation under<br \/>\nthe G.R. Dated 13.7.1983.  The respondents are directed to fix that<br \/>\namount before 10.6.1986 without prejudice to their contentions, if<br \/>\nany, against regularisation.  S.O. to 18.6.1986.  Notice returnable<br \/>\non 18.6.1986.  Ad-interim relief as to possession till 20th<br \/>\nJune 1986.  This deposit will be without prejudice to the contentions<br \/>\nof the petitioner.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr<br \/>\nShah, learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the<br \/>\nsaid order, the petitioner has already made the said payment and the<br \/>\nsaid fact is confirmed by the learned Asst.<br \/>\nGovernment Pleader, Shri Pranav Dave, on the basis of the<br \/>\ninstructions received by him from the Collector, Banaskantha who is<br \/>\npresent in the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthat view of the matter, the petitioner will now approach Collector,<br \/>\nBanaskantha and make a request for regularisation of the land and the<br \/>\nCollector, Banaskanth will regularise the same pursuant to order<br \/>\ndated 7th May 1986 passed by this Court within a period of<br \/>\nfour months from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.  Direct Service is<br \/>\npermitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.1031 of 2010:\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication is filed for permitting the applicants to be joined as<br \/>\nparty respondents Nos.6, 7 and 8 in Special Civil Application No.2562<br \/>\nof 1986.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nwill be appropriate for the applicant to establish his rights in law.<br \/>\n It will not be appropriate for this Court to entertain this<br \/>\napplication at this stage.
