Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :28\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                              K.HEMA, J.\n\n                 -----------------------------------------\n\n                         B.A.No.6521 of 2008\n\n                 -----------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 28th October, 2008\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This petition is for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The alleged offence is under Section 55(g) of the Abkari<\/p>\n<p>Act. According to prosecution, petitioner was found in possession<\/p>\n<p>of 35 litres of wash on 20.9.2008. He was arrested from the spot<\/p>\n<p>and he is in custody since then.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no<\/p>\n<p>objection in granting bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>     Hence, bail is granted to the petitioner on the following terms<\/p>\n<p>and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       i)  Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>            sum to the satisfaction of the           Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>            Court concerned.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>     ii)   Petitioner shall report before the investigating<\/p>\n<p>            officer on every Monday and Thursday<\/p>\n<p>            between 10 AM and 1 PM until further orders.<\/p>\n<p>     Iii).
