No.3046 of 2011\n                                      BISHNU MANDAL\n                                              Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.03.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                 Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It appears from perusal of the record that four persons<\/p>\n<p>                 sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Annexure-3 Series, the injury<\/p>\n<p>                 reports of injured persons, reveals that two persons sustained simple<\/p>\n<p>                 injury whereas two persons sustained injuries said to be dangerous to<\/p>\n<p>                 their life. There is counter case also and it appears that the alleged<\/p>\n<p>                 occurrence took place on account of petty dispute.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well<\/p>\n<p>                 as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, namely, Bishnu Mandal<\/p>\n<p>                 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>                 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                 C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Katihar (Town) Sahayak P.S.
