SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                -----------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No.36500 OF 2010\n              ---------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 7th day of December, 2010\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners in this writ petition entered Government<\/p>\n<p>service after putting in prior military service. For the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>granting of higher grade they want the military service also to be<\/p>\n<p>taken into account. According to them, they are so entitled to, in<\/p>\n<p>view of Exts.P10 to P13 and Ext.P18 judgments of this Court as<\/p>\n<p>also Ext.P19 order passed pursuant to those judgments. In the<\/p>\n<p>above circumstances, the petitioners have filed Exts.P20 to P28<\/p>\n<p>representations before the 2nd respondent. The petitioners seek a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P20 to P28 representations in the light of Ext.P10 to P13 and<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P18 judgments and Ext.P19 order passed pursuant to those<\/p>\n<p>judgments expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>    In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)No.36500\/10               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Exts.P20 to P28 representations as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>While passing orders, the second respondent shall consider the<\/p>\n<p>applicability of Exts.P10 to P13 and P18 judgments as also<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P19 order to the facts of the petitioners&#8217; case.<\/p>\n<p>                                    S.
