The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0on\u00a016.06.2008\u00a0 \u00a0with\u00a011\u00a0items\u00a0of\u00a0queries\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       matters\u00a0\u00a0related\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0deputation\u00a0\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Mahatma\u00a0Gandhi\u00a0Antrarashtriya\u00a0Hindi\u00a0Vishwavidyalaya,\u00a0The\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       CPIO\u00a0replied\u00a0to\u00a0these\u00a0queries\u00a0on\u00a016.07.2008.\u00a0The\u00a0Applicant,\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0 \u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0reply,\u00a0filed\u00a0a\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       complaint\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Commission.\u00a0The\u00a0Commission\u00a0by\u00a0its\u00a0order\u00a0in\u00a0F.No.\u00a0CIC\/OK\/C\/2008\/00797\/SG\u00a0dated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       12.012.2008\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0complaint\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0direction\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0should\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       decide\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0after\u00a0giving\u00a0a\u00a0hearing\u00a0to\u00a0both\u00a0parties.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2.     The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 Authority, \u00a0 in \u00a0 compliance \u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 Commission&#8217;s \u00a0 decision, \u00a0 gave \u00a0 a \u00a0 hearing \u00a0 to \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       Applicant \u00a0 \u00a0 on \u00a0 03.02.2009\u00a0 and \u00a0 recorded\u00a0 that\u00a0he\u00a0 had\u00a0discussed\u00a0 the\u00a0 issue\u00a0 related\u00a0 the\u00a0 information\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       sought\u00a0and\u00a0has\u00a0provided\u00a0the\u00a0available\u00a0records\u00a0to\u00a0Applicant\u00a0.\u00a0For\u00a0the\u00a0balance\u00a0information,\u00a0the\u00a0AA\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       stated\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0given\u00a0direction\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0furnish\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3.     \u00a0The\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0thereafter,\u00a0filed\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0appeal\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0on\u00a028.05.2010\u00a0stating\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0given\u00a0incomplete,\u00a0misleading,\u00a0and\u00a0incorrect\u00a0information\u00a0to\u00a0him.<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>4.     During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0stated\u00a0that\u00a0they\u00a0had\u00a03\u00a0main\u00a0files\u00a0connected\u00a0 \u00a0with\u00a0 \u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       related\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant&#8217;s\u00a0RTI\u00adqueries\u00a0which\u00a0\u00a0had\u00a0already\u00a0been\u00a0shown\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5.     The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0stated\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0had\u00a0inflicted\u00a0harassment\u00a0on\u00a0him\u00a0by\u00a0asking\u00a0him\u00a0to\u00a0come\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       their\u00a0place\u00a0for\u00a0hearing\u00a0and\u00a0not\u00a0giving\u00a0the\u00a0required\u00a0information,\u00a0even\u00a0after\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0gone\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0hearing\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       .\u00a0He\u00a0suspected\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0are\u00a0not\u00a0coming\u00a0out\u00a0with\u00a0complete\u00a0details\/information\u00a0which\u00a0they\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       are\u00a0having\u00a0on\u00a0their\u00a0files.\n<\/p>\n<p>       6.       The\u00a0Respondents\u00a0at\u00a0this\u00a0stage\u00a0assured\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0that\u00a0they\u00a0would\u00a0try\u00a0and\u00a0locate\u00a0\u00a0any\u00a0additional\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               files\u00a0\u00a0lying\u00a0with\u00a0other\u00a0Sections,\u00a0pertaining\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0and\u00a0connected\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant&#8217;s\u00a0case\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               and\u00a0requested\u00a0for\u00a0at\u00a0least\u00a0one\u00a0month\u00a0to\u00a0complete\u00a0this\u00a0exercise.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>      7.       After\u00a0considering\u00a0all\u00a0aspects\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0and\u00a0upon\u00a0hearing\u00a0the\u00a0submissions\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0parties,\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               Commission \u00a0 directs \u00a0 the \u00a0 Respondents \u00a0 to \u00a0 revisit \u00a0 their \u00a0 records \u00a0 and \u00a0 check \u00a0 whether \u00a0 any \u00a0 other\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               documents\/papers\u00a0related\u00a0to\u00a0Appellant&#8217;s\u00a0case\u00a0mentioned\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0are\u00a0available\u00a0with\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               them.\u00a0In\u00a0the\u00a0event,\u00a0they\u00a0are\u00a0able\u00a0to\u00a0locate\u00a0any\u00a0such\u00a0\u00a0records,\u00a0they\u00a0should\u00a0\u00a0allow\u00a0inspection\u00a0of\u00a0these\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               records\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0straightaway\u00a0and\u00a0provide\u00a0him\u00a0with\u00a0copies\u00a0of\u00a0documents\u00a0required\u00a0by\u00a0him.\u00a0\u00a0In\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               the\u00a0event\u00a0no\u00a0new\u00a0records\/files\u00a0are\u00a0available\u00a0\u00a0they\u00a0should\u00a0file\u00a0an\u00a0affidavit\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0with\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               a \u00a0 copy\u00a0 to \u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 stating\u00a0 that\u00a0 they\u00a0 do\u00a0 not\u00a0 have\u00a0 any\u00a0 further\u00a0 information\u00a0 except\u00a0 that\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 already\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               provided\u00a0to\u00a0Appellant.\u00a0This\u00a0affidavit\u00a0\u00a0may\u00a0reach\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0by\u00a0\u00a010\u00a0March,\u00a02011.<\/p>\n<p>      8.       The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0also\u00a0brought\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Commission&#8217;s\u00a0notice\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0in\u00a0its\u00a0decisions\u00a0in\u00a0appeal\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               Nos. \u00a0 CIC\/WB\/A\/2010\/000560\u00adAD, \u00a0 CIC\/WB\/A\/2010\/000562\u00adAD \u00a0 &amp; \u00a0 CIC\/WB\/C\/2010\/000414\u00adAD \u00a0 all\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               dated\u00a024.12.2010,\u00a0which\u00a0also\u00a0pertained\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0parties,\u00a0had\u00a0inadvertently\u00a0not\u00a0set\u00a0the\u00a0time\u00a0limit\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>               for\u00a0compliance\u00a0with\u00a0\u00a0its\u00a0directions.\u00a0He,\u00a0therefore,\u00a0requested\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0\u00a0to\u00a0do\u00a0the\u00a0same.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>9.
