JUSTICE DINESH MAHESHWARI\n\n            Mr. Ranjeet Joshi, for the petitioners.\n            Mr. Mahipal Bishnoi, Public Prosecutor.\n                                                  ...\n                   These two bail applications being related to the same FIR bearing\n            number 129\/2009 Police Station, Begun have been taken up together;\n            and, on the earlier occasion, for dispute having cropped up regarding the\n            documents supplied by the prosecution to the accused-petitioners, the\n            original record was ordered to be summoned.\n                   Now, after receipt of the record, though the learned counsel for the\n            petitioners attempted to make some submissions but then, submitted that\n            in the given set of facts and circumstances, the petitioners shall stand\n            advised not to press on their bail applications at this stage but to take\n            recourse to the appropriate remedies in accordance with law at the\n            appropriate stage; and with such submissions, does not press on these\n            bail applications at this stage.\n                   Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C.\n            moved on behalf of the petitioners Shaeen Khan D\/o Firoz Khan, Kishan\n            Jangam S\/o Mahaveer Jangam (Bail Application No.6049\/2009) and\n            Vaseem Khan S\/o Abdul Gafur Khan            (Bail Application No.6019\/2009)\n            stand dismissed as not pressed at this stage.\n                   The record as received from the Trial Court be returned\n            immediately.\n\n\n\n\/\/Mohan\/\/                                      (DINESH MAHESHWARI), J.\n<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court &#8211; Jodhpur Shaeen Khan &amp; Anr vs State on 10 December, 2009 S\/2 S.B.
