They have not filed any application<br \/>\nopposing the prayer.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration<br \/>\nthe ground shown and being satisfied with the ground, the petition<br \/>\nfor restoration is allowed.
