Rev. no. 88 of 2008 by learned Fast<\/p>\n<p>                  Track Court no. II, Bettiah, West Champaran whereby the order<\/p>\n<p>                  dated 15.3.2008 passed in Trial no. 1257 of 2008 (arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                  Complaint Case no. 2153C of 2001) by the learned Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah has been affirmed. By the said<\/p>\n<p>                  order, the application filed under Section 245 of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>                  Criminal Procedure on behalf of the petitioners was considered<\/p>\n<p>                  and rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioners, while assailing the<\/p>\n<p>                  impugned orders, fairly submits that although at the stage of<\/p>\n<p>                  getting bail, a compromise was arrived at between husband and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      wife and on the strength whereof bail was granted but<\/p>\n<p>      subsequently the complainant in her deposition before charge<\/p>\n<p>      has asserted that the accused(s) tortured and ill treated her.<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned Court below, on consideration of the materials<\/p>\n<p>      available on record, have concurrently come to a conclusion that<\/p>\n<p>      there is\/are sufficient material which would justify trial of the<\/p>\n<p>      petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   This Court finds absolutely no illegality and\/or infirmity<\/p>\n<p>      in the said order(s).\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The application has no merit. It is accordingly<\/p>\n<p>      dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                ( Kishore K.
