Perused the affidavit filed by the concerned<br \/>\nofficer.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nappears that the police authorities are trying their best to trace<br \/>\nthe corpus.  Without exact location, it is not possible to trace the<br \/>\ncorpus immediately.  It cannot be said that the authorities are<br \/>\ninactive or dormant over the issue.  No fruitful purpose is likely to<br \/>\nbe served by keeping this matter alive.  We therefore, dispose of<br \/>\nthis petition with a direction to the respondent authorities to<br \/>\ncontinue the search for the corpus.  The petition stands disposed of<br \/>\naccordingly.
