Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                               The defendant -petitioner has moved this Court against<\/p>\n<p>                   order dated 26.5.2009, passed by the Sub-judge VII, Chapra in<\/p>\n<p>                   Title suit no. 382 of 2007, whereby the amendment sought for by<\/p>\n<p>                   the plaintiff was allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                   plaintiff has introduced the new genealogical table which do not<\/p>\n<p>                   depict the true genealogical table of the descendents.<\/p>\n<p>                               It will be open for the petitioner to place all these<\/p>\n<p>                   things at the appropriate stage including the stage of adducing<\/p>\n<p>                   evidence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The writ petition stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n         Shashi.
