Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :07\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       S.SIRI JAGAN, J\n           ========================\n            W.P(C)Nos. 13411 &amp; 13654 of 2008\n           ========================\n         Dated this the 7th day of October, 2008.\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     It is not disputed before me that the petitioner has got a<\/p>\n<p>right of appeal against the impugned orders in these writ<\/p>\n<p>petitions. The only contention of the petitioner is that if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s unit is stopped immediately, 50 employees would<\/p>\n<p>be rendered jobless. I am of opinion that the interest in that<\/p>\n<p>regard can be safeguarded if the petitioner is given some time<\/p>\n<p>to approach the appellate authority to obtain stay orders in the<\/p>\n<p>matter.    Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of<\/p>\n<p>without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the<\/p>\n<p>impugned orders in an appeal.
