However, if the matter is adjourned for a period of one<br \/>\nweek, in the mean time the petitioner is attempting to persuade the<br \/>\nconcerned authorities so that he can avoid stigma on account of<br \/>\nremoval from the office.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\narguments are over.  This request was made when the Court was not<br \/>\ninclined to entertain the petition.
