Brahampur, District Buxar.\n                                                                           -------Petitioner\n                                                 Versus\n                       The State Of Bihar\n                                                                     -----Opposite Party\n                                               ------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   19\/10\/2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who<\/p>\n<p>                     is armed with carbon copy of the case diary up to<\/p>\n<p>                     paragraph &#8211; 69 dated 07.06.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                     punishable under Sections 304(B)\/201\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code and \u00be of Dowry Prohibition Act, is one of<\/p>\n<p>                     the named accused in this case instituted on basis of<\/p>\n<p>                     Complaint Case No. 1097C of 2008 being husband of<\/p>\n<p>                     deceased daughter of the complainant-informant.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that under almost similarly<\/p>\n<p>                     situated circumstance, co-accused Lalita Devi has<\/p>\n<p>                     already been granted the privilege by a Bench of this<\/p>\n<p>                     Court vide order dated 20.05.2011 passed in Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 16441 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In view of the above, in the event of his<br \/>\n             arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>            weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n<p>            on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>            only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>            satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Brahmpur P.S.
