Singh,S.C.,Triloki Singh\n\nHon'ble Vikram Nath,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Triloki Singh &amp; Sri K.R.<br \/>\nSingh, learned counsel for the opposite parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>In the affidavit of compliance it has been stated that a counter affidavit to the<br \/>\nwrit petition has been filed by the opposite parties and further the post retiral<br \/>\ndues of the applicant have also been paid including issuance of PPO order in<br \/>\nJanuary, 2009. The learned counsel for the applicant has sought to dispute the<br \/>\nsaid fact.\n<\/p>\n<p>As the counter affidavit has been filed to the writ petition, the contempt as<br \/>\nalleged cannot be maintained. Notices are discharged.
