Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :11\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n                -----------------------\n                  W.P.(C).No.4161 OF 2009\n               ------------------------\n            Dated this the 11th day of March, 2009.\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to take necessary steps to conduct scrutiny of the<\/p>\n<p>answer sheets of the petitioner who attended for the 4th<\/p>\n<p>semester examination in Criminal Procedure Code-Paper II.<\/p>\n<p>The University has today placed before me the answer sheets<\/p>\n<p>in question, which shows that the petitioner himself has given<\/p>\n<p>an endorsement which reads as under.\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                 &#8220;Verified my answer script of Cr.P.C with false<br \/>\n                 No.13751 and submitted a complaint for<br \/>\n                 removing the marks in inner pages.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     From this it is evident that the scrutiny of the answer<\/p>\n<p>paper as sought for by the petitioner has already been<\/p>\n<p>allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     In view of this there is no question of allowing the prayer<\/p>\n<p>sought for in this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Writ Petition fails and is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>vi                                    (ANTONY DOMINIC)\n                                             JUDGE\n\n\n\n<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Latheesh.P.S. vs Mahatma Gandhi University on 11 March, 2009 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM WP(C).No. 4161 of 2009(U) 1.
