No.28560 of 2010\n                                MADAN MOHAN PRASAD\n                                      Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      17.09.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 320 bags of fertilizers recovered from shop of one<\/p>\n<p>                     Rajeev Kumar purchased from petitioner. Now, Rajiv Kumar has<\/p>\n<p>                     been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 1150<\/p>\n<p>                     of 2010. Fertilizers are also released in his favour.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 187 of 2009, above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>                     laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
