P1 notice issued in respect of the<\/p>\n<p>assessment year 2005-06, the petitioner has approached the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent by filing Exts. P4(a) appeal and P4(b) petition for<\/p>\n<p>stay, which are stated as still pending. The petitioner is aggrieved<\/p>\n<p>of the coercive steps             stated as being pursued                             by the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent on the basis of Ext.P5, without any regard to the<\/p>\n<p>pendency of the proceedings, as aforesaid, which hence is sought<\/p>\n<p>to be intercepted in this Writ Petition.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>     3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the                                           4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders<\/p>\n<p>on Exts.P4(a) appeal and P4(b) petition for stay, in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with law, as expeditiously as possible. However, it is made clear<\/p>\n<p>that till such appropriate orders are passed on Ext.P4(b) petition<\/p>\n<p>for stay, all further coercive steps                          stated as being pursued<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 23905 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner,  pursuant to Ext. P5 shall be kept in<\/p>\n<p>abeyance.\n<\/p>\n<p>    The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                               P.R.
