RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n            W.P.(C).No.13654 of 2009-B\n\n  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n       Dated this the 23rd day of May, 2009.\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>1.The petitioner retired from the service of KSRTC<\/p>\n<p> on 30.11.2007. His DCRG and CVP is yet to be<\/p>\n<p> paid. He seeks out of turn release of DCRG and<\/p>\n<p> CVP in terms of the directions in the judgment in<\/p>\n<p> W.A.289\/2001.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.The marriage of the petitioner&#8217;s daughter was<\/p>\n<p> scheduled to be held on 20.5.2009 and hence, this<\/p>\n<p> writ petition was filed. The marriage has been<\/p>\n<p> solemnized.   There  is,   therefore,  clear   and<\/p>\n<p> sustained reason to release the DCRG and CVP due<\/p>\n<p> to the petitioner on out of turn basis, taking<\/p>\n<p> the case of the petitioner as a special one.<\/p>\n<p> In the result, this writ petition is allowed<\/p>\n<p> ordering  that  the  DCRG  and  CVP   due  to  the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WP(C)13654\/09        -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p> petitioner shall be released within 45 days from<\/p>\n<p> today.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                     THOTTATHIL B.
