The petitioner has also prayed for police protection.\n<\/p>\n<p>            It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that<br \/>\n      undated cheques given by the petitioner to the Mahindra &amp; Mahindra<br \/>\n      Company in the year 2005 are being encashed by one Arvind Upadhyay<br \/>\n      and in spite of a criminal complaint being filed and registered no action<br \/>\n      is being taken thereon. Learned counsel submits that he has filed a<br \/>\n      representation before the respondent No. 3 which is pending decision<br \/>\n      wherein he has brought to the notice of respondent No. 3 all his<br \/>\n      grievances.\n<\/p>\n<p>            In the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case<br \/>\n      the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the<br \/>\n      respondent No.3 to look into the complaint filed by the petitioner and<br \/>\n      deal with the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
