Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>     We see no ground to admit this appeal which<\/p>\n<p>pertains to acquisition of land for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>Section 4(1) notification published on 24\/01\/97 for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of establishment of an Industrial Growth<\/p>\n<p>Centre by KSIDC at Pallippuram, Cherthala. The Land<\/p>\n<p>Acquisition Officer awarded land value at Rs.7,876\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>per Are. It was enhanced by the Reference Court at<\/p>\n<p>Rs.17,290\/- per Are. It is noticed that this Court as<\/p>\n<p>well as the Supreme Court has approved enhancement<\/p>\n<p>at the above rates in other cases pursuant to the same<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">L. A. A. No.962 of 2008          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      notification and for the same purpose.\n<\/p>\n<p>            This appeal will stand dismissed in limine.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          PIUS C.
