No.27497 of 2011\n                           Om Prakash Paswan, Son of Late Haribans Paswan.\n                                                Versus\n                                         The State Of Bihar\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       17.08.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                     case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                     the Indian Penal Code and \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation of subjecting the informant to cruelty is false and<\/p>\n<p>                     malicious. He further submits that as a matter of fact the informant<\/p>\n<p>                     has herself abandoned her matrimonial home. The case is of<\/p>\n<p>                     marital discord and incompatibility in temperament.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions<\/p>\n<p>                     made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                     Omprakash Paswan in the event of his arrest or surrender before<\/p>\n<p>                     the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                     communication of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar<\/p>\n<p>                     in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2011, subject to<\/p>\n<p>                     the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
