Simari, District Buxar.\n                                                                               -------Petitioners\n                                                      Versus\n                    The State Of Bihar\n                                                                         -----Opposite Party\n                                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   20\/10\/2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                         learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                       The petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                         connection with a case registered for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                         punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code,<\/p>\n<p>                         are named accused in this case being P.D.S. dealers with<\/p>\n<p>                         allegation of keeping more than a sum of Rs. 4 lacs due<\/p>\n<p>                         against some grains received.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Submission       is    that   there     were     writ<\/p>\n<p>                         applications bearing C.W.J.C. Nos. 13136\/2011 &amp;<\/p>\n<p>                         711\/2011 disposed of by composite orders dated<\/p>\n<p>                         25.08.2011 &amp; 06.07.2011 respectively and petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>                         namely, Birendra Pandey and Mohan Singh Yadav being<\/p>\n<p>                         one of the writ petitioners (C.W.J.C. Nos. 13348\/2011 &amp;<\/p>\n<p>                         13136\/2011 ) are ready to comply the orders passed by<\/p>\n<p>                         this Court and deposit the money as directed.<br \/>\n                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>            case, in the event of deposit of the money as ordered by<\/p>\n<p>            this Court in the aforesaid writ applications, in the event<\/p>\n<p>            of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>            four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>            on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>            thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>            to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Simari P.S.
