Therefore, present petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nlight of this background, it is directed to respondent Nos.1 to 3<br \/>\nherein are directed to consider aforesaid representations made by<br \/>\npetitioner and examine it  and thereafter, to pass appropriate<br \/>\nreasoned order within a period of three months from date of receiving<br \/>\ncopy of present order and communicate the decision to petitioner<br \/>\nimmediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of above observations and directions, present petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
