Submission is recorded.<\/p>\n<p>     In   the     above           facts        and        circumstances,                all further<\/p>\n<p>proceedings     pursuant to Ext.P4 demand notice                                       would stand<\/p>\n<p>withdrawn. It is made clear that the petitioner will be at liberty<\/p>\n<p>to claim apportionment of the liability from the other partners, if<\/p>\n<p>available, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 P.R.
