MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>1\t\tLearned<br \/>\nCounsel appearing on behalf of the  respondent  wife  submits that in<br \/>\nspite of the order dated 18.6.2010,  the appellant is not paying sum<br \/>\nof Rs.7,500\/- per month as maintenance by 7th day of each<br \/>\nmonth and the court&#8217;s order has not been complied with, the appeal<br \/>\nshould be dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2\t\tLearned<br \/>\nCounsel  appearing on behalf of the appellant   is allowed time to<br \/>\nfile an affidavit showing therein the details of  the payment of Rs.<br \/>\n7,500\/- paid in each month after June 2000.
