Please supply the copy of all publications till year 2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>PIO&#8217;s Reply:\n<\/p>\n<p>        PIO had replied that the year 1994 to till date these publications are published<br \/>\nonly for Hindi Section&#8217;s employees not for outsiders. We will give you copies if you<br \/>\npay at Rs. 2 per page for 799 pages, Rs. 1598<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>       The First appellate authority ordered &#8220;Sh.Dhara Singh has crossed all limits of<br \/>\ndecency expected from a citizen. This appeal, otherwise is also liable to be rejected<br \/>\nbeing time-barred, or merit less. At the same time I would ask PIO to look into the<br \/>\naspects as to what criminal action can be initiated against the appellant for making<br \/>\nuncalled comments against the departments working which has otherwise the effect of<br \/>\ndenigration the image of the institution as a whole. This is necessary because before<br \/>\nmaking any sarcasting remarks the Appellant, as Law abiding citizen should be having<br \/>\nadequate proof in support of charges he is being levying against the department, failing<br \/>\nwhich the legal consequences thereof.
