Respondents\n                                     ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4   11.08.2011                 Heard Mr. Abdul Manan for the petitioner and Mr.<\/p>\n<p>                    Ahsan, learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondent<\/p>\n<p>                    Union.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner   assails    the    order    dated     9.10.2010<\/p>\n<p>                    (Annexure-3) issued by Deputy Inspector General, Group Centre,<\/p>\n<p>                    C.R.P.F., Imphal (Manipur) whereby he was informed about his<\/p>\n<p>                    termination of his service on the ground that the certificate<\/p>\n<p>                    produced from Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board was not recognized<\/p>\n<p>                    by the Central Government and as such he was ineligible for the<\/p>\n<p>                    post.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It appears from the pleadings on record including<\/p>\n<p>                    Annexure-1 that the selection process was conducted in Imphal<\/p>\n<p>                    (Manipur). The impugned order was also passed and served on<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner in Imphal (Manipur) as apparent from Annexure-3.<\/p>\n<p>                                Under the circumstances, this Court, prima facie, shall<\/p>\n<p>                    not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain this application.<\/p>\n<p>                                Mr. Ahsan, learned Assistant Solicitor General submits<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      that the Central Government by virtue of a notification published<\/p>\n<p>      in the Gazette of India on 22.7.2010 amended certain provisions<\/p>\n<p>      of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 whereby the<\/p>\n<p>      certificate issued by the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha board,          having<\/p>\n<p>      been recognized by the concerned State Government, was<\/p>\n<p>      accepted for the purpose of consideration of educational<\/p>\n<p>      qualification\/eligibility of a candidate for the post of Constable<\/p>\n<p>      (G.D.).\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Mr. Manan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits<\/p>\n<p>      that    petitioner   may be     permitted   to       make   appropriate<\/p>\n<p>      representation in the light of the said facts before the appropriate<\/p>\n<p>      authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Considering the said stand taken by the petitioner, Mr.<\/p>\n<p>      Ahsan does not object disposal of the application in the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>      term.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Having heard the parties and on a consideration of the<\/p>\n<p>      materials on record, this Court is persuaded to dispose of the<\/p>\n<p>      application by the following order:\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate representation<\/p>\n<p>      before respondent No. 4 ( D.I.G.P, Group Centre, C.R.P.F.,<\/p>\n<p>      Imphal (Manipur). If any such application is filed, needless to<\/p>\n<p>      observe that the said respondent shall consider and dispose of<\/p>\n<p>      the same in accordance with law within a reasonable period of<\/p>\n<p>      time.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>pkj                             ( Kishore K.
