Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier disposed<\/p>\n<p>                  of by this court vide order dated        23.3.2010, passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                  misc.No. 45015\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                  sole material against the petitioner was the statement of Circle<\/p>\n<p>                  officer-accused Vicky Kumar who has subsequently been<\/p>\n<p>                  allowed anticipatory bail by a bench of this Court, vide order<\/p>\n<p>                  dated 20.5.2010, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 6307 of 2010 and the<\/p>\n<p>                  allegation against said Vicky Kumar is more serious than the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In view of the fact that aforesaid Vicky Kumar has<\/p>\n<p>                  been allowed anticipatory bail, let the petitioner as above be<\/p>\n<p>                  released on bail in case of his arrest\/surrender within six weeks<\/p>\n<p>                  from today,       on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n<p>                  thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner would not absent physically for more than<\/p>\n<p>                  two consecutive dates at a stretch, till three witnesses are<\/p>\n<p>                  examined in trial otherwise his bail bond would be cancelled.<\/p>\n<pre>      Shashi.
