However his<br \/>\nqueries donot fall under the ambit of RTI.\n<\/p>\n<p>Commission issued notices to the party&#8217;s and heard the matter on 10\/10\/2008.<br \/>\nRelevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nDuring the hearing following persons were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Dinesh Shukla<br \/>\nRespondent: Absent<br \/>\nThe appellant has identified that the MCD has some errors about the width of a<br \/>\nroad, the Raja Park Railway Crossing Road.
