RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n              - - - - - - - - -  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                        W.P.(C)NO.9097 OF 2007\n\n              - - - - - - - - -  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                Dated this the 19th day of March 2007\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       This is a matter arising under the Kerala Rationing Order.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever  be  the reasons  for  the  dismissal   of the appeal   by  the<\/p>\n<p>District   Collector,   it   is   appropriate   that   the   petitioner   to<\/p>\n<p>approach the Civil Supplies Commissioner because the Rationing<\/p>\n<p>Officer provides him adequate reliefs.  In the realm of rationing,<\/p>\n<p>I do not deem it necessary for this Court to now step in, on the<\/p>\n<p>facts and circumstances of the cases.  Hence, without prejudice,<\/p>\n<p>closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                          THOTTATHIL B.
