PARTY\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.    17.3.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        APP for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner being husband is apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                        arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been<\/p>\n<p>                        taken under Sections 498A IPC and 3\/4 of the Dowry<\/p>\n<p>                        Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                        on instruction, that the petitioner is ready to keep the<\/p>\n<p>                        complainant as wife with full dignity and honour.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid stand, let the petitioner, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                        provisionally on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                        (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                        each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                        Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 941\/09,<\/p>\n<p>                        subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>                        Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              Let learned court below issue notice to the<\/p>\n<p>        complainant and on her appearance the petitioner will take<\/p>\n<p>        her back to her matrimonial house.
