Justice PIUS C.KURIAKOSE\n\n Dated :06\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             PIUS.C.KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                        W.P.(c).No.25552 OF 2007\n\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                  Dated this the 6th  day of February, 2008\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       It   is   submitted   by     Sri.Salil   Narayanan,   learned   counsel   for<\/p>\n<p>the   Panchayat   that   the   bus   station   in   question   was   completed<\/p>\n<p>way back in the year 2002 and that the station became functional<\/p>\n<p>in   August   2007.     Sri.Parthasarathy,     appearing   for   the   6th<\/p>\n<p>respondent   submits   that   the   bus   station   actually   became<\/p>\n<p>operational   in   2002   and   Ext.R4(a)   traffic   arrangements   were<\/p>\n<p>introduced in 2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         I   do   think   that   this   court   will   be   justified   in   invoking<\/p>\n<p>discretionary   jurisdiction   under   Article   226   in   this   case   where<\/p>\n<p>Ext.R2(a)   traffic   arrangements   were   implemented   prior   to   the<\/p>\n<p>institution   of   the   writ   petition.
