We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for both the<br \/>\nsides. Considering the facts and circumstances, it appears that if<br \/>\nthe status of the property is not maintained, it may further create<br \/>\nirreversible situation, more particularly, when the transfer by<br \/>\nrespondent nos. 1 and 2 is within the statutory period of appeal<br \/>\nagainst the judgment and decree of the Trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tHence,<br \/>\nconsidering the facts and circumstances, it is directed that<br \/>\nrespondent nos. 1 and 2 shall maintain status-quo of the property in<br \/>\nquestion until the final disposal of the appeal.
