No.3077 of 2011\n                                      HEERA SADA\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   15.03.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Admittedly, the victim girl has been recovered and her<\/p>\n<p>                 statement under section-164 of the Cr.P.C. has been recorded.<\/p>\n<p>                 Although she has stated that she was forced by petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 other accused to marry with co-accused, Binod Sada @ Binod<\/p>\n<p>                 Rishideo     but   Annexure-2    reveals   that   she   voluntarily<\/p>\n<p>                 solemnized her marriage with the aforesaid        Binod Sada @<\/p>\n<p>                 Binod Rishideo.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                 that aforesaid, Binod Sada @ Binod Rishideo and victim girl<\/p>\n<p>                 were in love and they solemnized their marriage. Subsequently,<\/p>\n<p>                 the victim girl made her statement under the pressure of her<\/p>\n<p>                 parents and that is why she fastened the entire responsibility of<\/p>\n<p>                 the alleged crime against the petitioner exonerating the<\/p>\n<p>                 aforesaid Binod Sada @ Binod Rishideo.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties,<\/p>\n<p>                 let the petitioner, namely, Heera Sada be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like   amount each in connection with Saharsa<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Sadar P.S.
