JUSTICE HARSHA DEVANI)<\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tBy<br \/>\nthis application, the applicant seeks a direction to the respondents<br \/>\nto grant Customs House Agent Licence to the petitioner without having<br \/>\nto clear the examination in additional subjects and to dispose of the<br \/>\napplication\/pending application of the petitioner for grant of<br \/>\nlicence treating the petitioner at par with applicants who had<br \/>\nqualified under the Customs House Agent Licensing Regulations, 1984,<br \/>\nsubject to the petitioner fulfilling the other requirements under the<br \/>\nRegulations.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nMr. Nilay Anjaria, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. P.S.<br \/>\nChampaneri, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing on behalf<br \/>\nof the respondent no.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tRule<br \/>\nreturnable on 24th February, 2011.  Mr. P.S. Champaneri,<br \/>\nlearned Assistant Solicitor General waives service of rule on behalf<br \/>\nof respondent no.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocates for the<br \/>\nparties as well as in the light of the judgment and order dated 1st<br \/>\nOctober, 2010 rendered by this Court in Special Civil Application<br \/>\nNo.6151 of 2010, by way of interim relief, the respondents are<br \/>\ndirected to consider the grant of Customs House Agent License to the<br \/>\napplicant without having to clear the examination in additional<br \/>\nsubjects.
