Mr. Mansoor Ali, on the instructions from SI<br \/>\nBaldev Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the<br \/>\ninvestigation and he is longer required by the<br \/>\ninvestigation agency.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2. In view of this, the order dated 13.8.2002 is<br \/>\nmade absolute. It is, however, made clear that the benefit<br \/>\nof this order will enure to the petitioner till the filing<br \/>\nof the challan whereupon he would furnish fresh bail bond<br \/>\nto the satisfaction of the trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p> 3.
