According to them, they are entitled<\/p>\n<p>to be promoted to the post of Head of Section in Electrical and<\/p>\n<p>Electronics. In this respect, the petitioners have submitted Exts.P11 to<\/p>\n<p>P14 representations before the 1st respondent. The petitioners seek a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P11<\/p>\n<p>to P14 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Exts.P11 to P14, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
