Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :19\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n\n\n                        KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n              ------------------------------------\n\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 19054 OF 2005 R\n\n              ------------------------------------\n\n           Dated this the 19th day of February,2007\n\n\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioner   is   aggrieved   by   Ext.P3   proceedings   of<\/p>\n<p>the         Superintending         Engineer,         whereby         he         was<\/p>\n<p>blacklisted.     The   main   grievance   of   the   petitioner   is<\/p>\n<p>that   no   opportunity   was   given   to   him.     There   is   an<\/p>\n<p>interim   order   ever   since   24.6.2005.     Registration   is<\/p>\n<p>only   upto   31.3.2007.     It   is   not   necessary   for   this<\/p>\n<p>Court   to   consider   the   Writ   Petition   on   merits,   since<\/p>\n<p>validity   of   the   registration   itself   is   only   upto<\/p>\n<p>31.3.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Writ Petition is hence disposed of in terms of<\/p>\n<p>the interim order making it clear that it will be open<\/p>\n<p>to the competent authority to take appropriate decision<\/p>\n<p>on renewal\/registration for the period after 31.3.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       (KURIAN JOSEPH)<\/p>\n<p>                                                                Judge<\/p>\n<p>ahz\/<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.
