No. 569 of 2008\n\n              ==========================\n\n             Dated this the  27th  day of February, 2008.\n\n\n                                    ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     In   the   light   of   the   common   order   dated   25.02.2008<\/p>\n<p>passed   in   Crl.M.C   No.   543   of   2008   and   connected   cases,   the<\/p>\n<p>impugned order is set aside and C.M.P. No. 154 of 2008 filed by<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   before   the   Judicial   First   Class   Magistrate-II,<\/p>\n<p>Perintalmanna   shall   stand   allowed   on   the   petitioner   making   a<\/p>\n<p>cash   deposit   for   Rs.   25,000\/-   and   executing   a   bond   for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.5,00,000\/- with two solvent sureties each for the like amount<\/p>\n<p>(without   insisting   on   solvency   certificate   from   such   sureties)   to<\/p>\n<p>the satisfaction of the Magistrate and on the petitioner giving an<\/p>\n<p>undertaking subject to the following terms and conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>      1.   The petitioner shall not permit the user of the lorry for<\/p>\n<p>any illicit purpose<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   petitioner   shall   not   transfer   wholly   or   in   part   the<\/p>\n<p>lorry to any other person.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">CRL.R.P. NO. 569\/2008                : 2:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       3.     The   petitioner   shall   produce   the   lorry   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate as and when directed to do so in the same condition in<\/p>\n<p>which it is released to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>       4.  The interim custody of the lorry shall be subject to final<\/p>\n<p>orders, if any, to be passed for confiscation.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This Crl.R.P is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             V.
