Thakur, Adv.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   07.02.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  for the State Election Authority.<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioner filed his nomination for the<\/p>\n<p>                  PACS election to be held in 2009 in the Khizarsarai<\/p>\n<p>                  Block, District-Gaya. He was directed to furnish a<\/p>\n<p>                  no dues certificate which came to be issued by the<\/p>\n<p>                  Magadh Central Co-operative Bank.        Subsequently,<\/p>\n<p>                  on a complaint made by another, the bank issued a<\/p>\n<p>                  certificate to the contrary leading to the cancellation<\/p>\n<p>                  of his nomination.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Counsel for the parties are agreed that the<\/p>\n<p>                  issue stands covered by a Bench decision of this<\/p>\n<p>                  Court affirmed in L.P.A. as reported in 2010 (3) PLJR<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                  578.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                          With   consent    of   the   parties,   the   writ<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           application is disposed off in similar terms.<\/p>\n<p>                   The elections are stated not to have been<\/p>\n<p>           held as yet. Let the nomination of the petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>           considered in accordance with law when it is<\/p>\n<p>           expected    that       the   election   shall   be   held<\/p>\n<p>           expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The writ application stands disposed.<\/p>\n<pre>P.
