RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                   BAIL APPLICATION NO.6998  OF 2006\n\n                - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n           DATED THIS THE 28th  DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2006\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the Adoor<\/p>\n<p>Police is after him in connection with Crime No.770\/06 of Adoor Police<\/p>\n<p>Station,   for   offences   punishable   under   sectioins   143,   148,   447,   323<\/p>\n<p>and 307 read with section 149 IPC.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.   Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has not been arraigned as an accused in the above case and<\/p>\n<p>that the Police are still making enquiries as to the persons other than<\/p>\n<p>accused 1 and 2 who were in the company of accused 1 and 2 when<\/p>\n<p>the defacto complainant was attacked on 4.11.2006.  This will indicate<\/p>\n<p>that   the   apprehension   entertained   by   the   petitioner   is   well   founded.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>A  direction   is   therefore   issued   to   the   Investigating  Officer   to  release<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   on   bail   for   a   period   of   one   month   in   the   event   of   his<\/p>\n<p>arraignment   as   an   accused   or   arrest   in   connection   with   the   above<\/p>\n<p>crime,   on   the   petitioner   executing   a   bond   for   Rs.10,000\/-   with   two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said<\/p>\n<p>officer and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>B.A.NO.6998\/06                       Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>              1.       Petitioner   shall   report   before   the   Investigating<\/p>\n<p>              Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<p>              2.     The   petitioner   shall   make     himself   available   for<\/p>\n<p>              interrogation as and when  required by the  Investigating<\/p>\n<p>              Officer.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              3.       The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>              prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<\/p>\n<p>              the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              4.       Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any   offence   while   on<\/p>\n<p>              bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              5.
