Justice K.SURENDRA MOHAN\n\n Dated :16\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                K.SURENDRA MOHAN, J.\n             -------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) No.8571 of 2010\n             -------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 16th day of March, 2010\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>   The petitioner is a stage carriage operator conducting<\/p>\n<p>services with stage carriage vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-<\/p>\n<p>36\/670. Her timings were               settled     as per  Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>proceedings. However, subsequent to the settlement of<\/p>\n<p>her timings, a lot of new services have been introduced on<\/p>\n<p>the route in question thereby reducing the time gap with<\/p>\n<p>which she had been conducting her services. According to<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner,   the     Kerala      State     Road   Transport<\/p>\n<p>Corporation has also started operating services on the<\/p>\n<p>route.    Some others have stopped their operations<\/p>\n<p>rendering many timings vacant.                The petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>therefore submitted a request seeking a suitable variation<\/p>\n<p>of her timings. She complains that no orders have been<\/p>\n<p>passed thereon till date.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The Government Pleader has no objection to such<\/p>\n<p>a direction being issued, to pass orders on the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>request.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">wpc No.8571\/2010            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         3.
