2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties and<\/p>\n
perused the appeal papers.\n<\/p>\n
3. The claimants are the sons of <\/p>\n
Suryappa Wakase who died in the accident. _Witl’i:i=egarvd.Vto: ” <\/p>\n

dependancy’ the ciaimants have co_nt.endeAd that the”\u00ab:die\u00a3:ee;sed v T’<\/p>\n
was running a Kirana shop and \/– per
\nmonth. The Tribunal  license issued
\nby the Grama Panchai3:(‘a,_t’h   that the
\nKirana   deiceased, in the absence of
\nproof of   the monthly income at
\nRs.3,000\/–_ and deducted All’).\/ll?)Vi’C.ilfor the purpose of considering
\n   applied is 12. In this regard, it is<\/p>\n

\nthat when there is no material to indicate that family<\/p>\n
members did not have any other avocation, naturally, in such<\/p>\n
an event, it cannot be assumed that other family <\/p>\n
would run the Kirana shop. Therefore, in a circunistvanlce if<\/p>\n
this nature where the mother of the cl1il"d'1*en' Was. ab;<\/p>\n
Kirana shop and was earning the in.come.for_V_the family, <\/p>\n
View it would be appropriate to   of
\nRS120\/– per day. If this is'"tal<en*,lth'e–:lrrionthly clo'ntrlibution
\nwould be at Rs.3,600\/-. EVenAV_oi1tiliof is to be<\/p>\n
