RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No.10198 OF 2010\n               ---------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 31st day of March, 2010.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner purchased 2 acres and 58 cents of land as<\/p>\n<p>per Exhibit P1 sale deed. Exhibits P2 to P2(c) are the property<\/p>\n<p>tax receipts issued by the 5th respondent in favour of the previous<\/p>\n<p>owners of the property. It is stated that the 4th respondent had<\/p>\n<p>issued No Objection Certificate for registering the property in<\/p>\n<p>favour of the petitioner. Exhibits P3 to P3(c) are copies of the No<\/p>\n<p>Objection Certificates relied upon by the petitioner to prove that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is having title.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The petitioner could not get the benefit of mutation of<\/p>\n<p>the property for want of appropriate orders by the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, by Exhibit P6 order, the Tahsildar rejected the application<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner for effecting mutation. Challenging the same,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has filed Exhibit P7 appeal before the Revenue<\/p>\n<p>Divisional Officer.   The petitioner seeks for a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>3rd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.10198\/2010               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>orders on Exhibit P7 appeal within a time frame.<\/p>\n<p>       There will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to take a<\/p>\n<p>decision on Exhibit P7 within a period of three months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   T.R.
