KURSELA, DISTRICT-\n    KATIHAR\n                                     Versus\n                              STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>17\/03\/2011             Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh learned<\/p>\n<p>             counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the<\/p>\n<p>             State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The   petitioners   are   accused   of   a   case<\/p>\n<p>             registered under Sections 328, 304B, 302\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>             Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Informant&#8217;s daughter was married with Sunil<\/p>\n<p>             Mandal- son of the petitioners in the year 2008.<\/p>\n<p>             Allegation is that she was killed on account of her<\/p>\n<p>             inability to procure dowry articles.<\/p>\n<p>                       Submission is that the petitioners are the<\/p>\n<p>             persons of advanced age and the husband of the<\/p>\n<p>             deceased is already in custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Vide order dated 7.10.2010 a report from the<\/p>\n<p>             Forensic Science Laboratory regarding viscera was<\/p>\n<p>             called for by this Court. The Director, Forensic Science<\/p>\n<p>             Laboratory vide his memo no. 264 dated 11.2.2002<\/p>\n<p>             reported that no article in connection with Kursela P.S.<\/p>\n<p>             Case No. 31 of 2009 was sent for examination.<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the facts and circumstances of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be<\/p>\n<p>       released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>       thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>       each    to    the        satisfaction   of   the     learned<\/p>\n<p>       C.J.M.\/concerned Court, Katihar in connection with<\/p>\n<p>       Kursela P.S.
