The appellant agrees that his purpose would be served if inspect the records and take<br \/>\nphotocopies of the records which he wants.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO will facilitate an inspection of the records by the Appellant on 29<br \/>\nJune 2010 at 11.00AM onwards.
