The trial<br \/>\nCourt is directed to see that the trial i.e. Sessions Case No.26 of<br \/>\n2011 along with cross case are completed on or before 31st<br \/>\nDecember 2011.  Compliance shall be reported.\n<\/p>\n<p>3)\tIt<br \/>\nis brought to the notice of the Court that in the cross case, which<br \/>\nwill have to be tried together along with Sessions Case No.26 of<br \/>\n2011, charge has not been framed.  If that is the case, then trial<br \/>\nCourt is directed to see that the charge in the cross case is also<br \/>\nframed at the earliest, preferably on 17th October 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4)\tWith<br \/>\nthe above, the Application stands disposed of.
